Carol M. Taylor has, for decades, appeared before audiences as a solo performer as well as a dynamic group participant and conductor. For most of her life, she has immersed herself in all levels of musical and theatrical presentation, engaging in a performing career as an accomplished vocalist, conductor, organist, and pianist. Dr. Taylor earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and Organ Performance from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master’s Degree in Choral Music from Georgia State University. While serving as a graduate assistant, she attained a Doctor of Musical Arts Degree in Choral Conducting, Vocal Performance, and Vocal Pedagogy from the University of Georgia.
